Chiropractic Manipulation

Chiropractic manipulative therapy "Adjustment"  is the painless, primary method implemented in reducing pain and restoring function in the spinal joints.

Doctor-assisted stretching and strengthening exercises are often performed in order to speed the healing.  Physical modalities such as electric muscle stimulation and ultrasound are used in some cases to reduce pain, muscle spasm, and inflammation.
